Please encourage your teams to cooperate as fully as they can – the more responses Scotwork have, the better we will be able to provide you with an accurate / statistically significant view of the current capabilities and development needs. *No individual results are identified and no individual is reported on – just the overall group. At the start of the survey they will be asked to complete their name and email, however Scotwork will not share their individual answers.
