First of all, may I just say a HUGE thank you. Of the many training courses I have attended over the past 35 years in the UK FMCG industry, I can honestly say that I have enjoyed the past two days the most. The learning environment, pace, and work: fun balance was perfect, and I felt enriched and supported throughout. It has certainly given me a lot to consider and certainly will help “sharpen the saw” with future increased focus on the preparation, having a structure to reference and having values to every concession and wish list item. Honestly, I really enjoyed and benefited from it….. which dispels the myth that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks!
