Romana joined Scotwork in 2006 after a successful 18 year career in the global drinks industry holding various senior international sales roles. An Italian, French and Spanish speaker, Romana is a key member of the Global Account Management team looking after many strategic clients, tailoring our products to meet their needs and ensuring their teams negotiate as effectively as possible.
As well as running our full portfolio of courses, delivering consultancy and working in new product development, she is overall responsible for our internal Train-the-Trainer process, ensuring our 180+ consultants worldwide deliver all Scotwork material to exacting high standards.
